Return and Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return ID must be kept in the package. An order confirmation must be placed inside the package for mapping the return orders.

Process

For all return and refund requests, a formal request must be made. You may need to self ship the return orders.

Only contact our email address at support@gearito.com and our customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible. Formal request email must contain clear information and detail as to why you wish to return the item. Unestablished and vague email will not be entertained for a refund process. 

Once the return request is initiated, the return instruction will be provided.

Do not return items to any addresses on the package label.

The returns received will be thoroughly inspected by our QA team. Any signs of wear or usage will not be eligible for a refund. The item will be discarded or sent back on payment of the return shipping fee.

Returns received without intimation will not be mapped and refunded.

We are not liable to shipment loss during return transit.

Damaged Item For Return

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For manufacturing defects, fulfilment mistakes and similar mistakes from our end, a replacement/partial credit will be issued. Should you wish for a full refund for this case, shipping cost will be refunded or label might be provided.

Damages that occurred during return transit due to improper packaging will be considered as physical damage and will not be eligible for refund.

Other Issues For Return

Should you wish to return for reasons such as  incorrect product or size ordered, product no longer needed, product doesn’t match description on the website or product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may ship it back to us and we will issue a refund. Shipping fee will not be covered by us.

We do not guarantee the approval of changes on the order once the order is placed. However, you can make a request and we will try to change it to the best of our efforts.

Shipping and delays related to natural calamities e.g. COVID-19, typhoon etc, will not be eligible for refund. However, it is applicable for returns as normal.

Items stolen from the delivery premises will not be eligible for refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Original shipping fees used to send the item to the customer will not be refunded.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Orders are processed on our secured merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. If you change your mind regarding an order, you will have to request a return and ship it back to us as we are unable to recover it back from the post while in transit.
